Fulfillment overview for Ravoqix: United States delivery is our primary lane; select international options may appear at checkout.

Delivery coverage

We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.

We do not ship to destinations that cannot be selected at checkout, or where no carrier rate is returned. Contact subscyril@gmail.com before ordering if you are unsure.

Processing & delivery timing

Warehouse handling typically completes within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Door-to-door transit after shipping is often 4-6 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. Estimates only — weather, carrier capacity, and product size can change timing.

Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Delivery cost

Standard shipping is free for deliveries inside the United States, with no order minimum. If international rates are available, they appear at checkout before payment.

Extra charges for heavy/oversized/freight items appear at checkout before you pay when applicable.

How to track

We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

Shipment problems

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, Email subscyril@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

Packaging & special cases

Items are packed securely for carrier handling. Fragile SKUs receive extra cushioning when needed.

Multi-item orders may ship in more than one package. International duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
